Are you carrying the weight of resentment, guilt, or unfinished emotional business?
As mothers, we give so much of ourselves—but who's taking care of the hurt we carry? The frustration with our partners, the guilt about our parenting choices, the old wounds from our own childhood, or the relationships that still sting when we think about them.
It's time to put yourself first and find peace.
